Pam Carteri is the founder of Huemainly, a consulting practice focused on talent, succession and advisory at pivotal moments of growth and change.

With two decades of experience across engineering, consulting and leadership, Pam brings a structured, analytical lens to complex people decisions. Her background spans the energy sector, technology, research and community-based organizations — working with teams from early-stage founders to large-scale, multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

Pam began her career with a global energy leader, where she spent over a decade in roles spanning capital planning, facilities engineering, reliability and project execution. She later expanded into advisory work across operations excellence, strategic growth, succession planning and regulatory frameworks, before leading recruitment and culture initiatives within a pipeline consulting firm. Most recently, she played a key role in building and shaping a Calgary-based recruitment firm.

Known for her ability to quickly understand both people and context, Pam builds alignment where it matters most — bringing clarity to decisions, strengthening leadership teams and helping organizations move forward with intention.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, with a minor in Chemical Processing and is a registered professional member of APEGA.

Outside of work, Pam is an active community contributor. She volunteers and coaches within her boys' sports and school communities and serves on the Board of the Ryan Chen Memorial Foundation Fund.
